PDC Overview

This course develops leaders that can use and teach the principles as a roadmap to build or enhance a culture that believes you can work injury-free. Participants will learn how to implement a rapid delivery improvement strategy for safety and share it with other people. The process requires focus and commitment from your leadership team. The instructor will teach participants to implement improvement strategies in three-week cycles. The Practioner will learn to lead teams to produce positive safety results. The strategies include common VPP principles and techniques to apply the principles. The rapid delivery process will also emphasize how important it is to have a core group of leaders that understand the urgency around safety and the value of building an injury-free environment.

The Principle To Practice Instructor will be David Lynn.
